(hereinafter FHT), a valve manufacturer, we would like to express our strong commitment to continuous improvement, legal compliance, environmental protection and respect, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety of our employees and all other stakeholders affected by our processes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Therefore, we have an Integrated Management System that guides us in achieving our commitment, based on the following objectives:<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Quality<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Continuously optimize processes to eliminate the costs of non-quality.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of all our stakeholders by offering constant communication and the best possible service.<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide training and maintain continuous and fluid communication with our employees to ensure continuous improvement<\/li>\r\n<li>Continuously improve our processes, products, and services through innovation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><strong>Environmental<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Promote environmental care among FHT personnel and other external parties interacting with us.<\/li>\r\n<li>Reduce the waste generated by our activity and minimize consumption as much as possible by implementing a continuous recycling policy.<\/li>\r\n<li>Reduce environmental impact by implementing the use of new technologies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><strong>Occupational Health and Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Provide a safe working environment to eliminate and\/or minimize risks to our employees and other external parties involved in our processes, offering the necessary preventive resources.<\/li>\r\n<li>Encourage consultation and participation of all staff and provide ongoing training in prevention so they are aware of the possible risks associated with each position.<\/li>\r\n<li>Communicate to external stakeholders any risks that may arise during their stay at our facilities.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>This commitment is the responsibility of the entire organization, from top management to each employee, all of whom actively participate in the implementation and improvement of the Integrated Management System.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Reviewed and approved<br \/>04\/05\/2025<\/strong><br \/>FHT Valves Top Management<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><!-- \/wp:post-content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the Top Management of Fluid Handling Technology S.A.
